  • Provides cognitive screening, and short-term counselling and support
 
Assistance can be provided in the following areas: 
  • Identify and understand the source of stress or difficulty 
  • Develop coping skills 
  • Find effective solutions to the problem 
  • Navigate the system of available/suitable services and resources
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Kenora ; Lake of the Woods ; Minaki ; Nestor Falls ; Redditt Township ; Sioux Narrows
Boundaries Also includes neighbouring First Nations communities
Eligibility Anyone struggling with difficulties/issues of daily living

  • Requires booked appointment 
  • Accepts referrals from Clinical staff or self-referral
