Description (Service)
  • Provides opportunities for children to participate in play and inquiry-based programs, and support parents and caregivers in their roles 
  • Families and caregivers will be able to find support, advice, make personal connections and access a network of resources
 
Programs and services include: 
  • A Free drop-in service for families 
  • Programming is based on the Early Learning Framework and emergent curriculum offering age and developmentally appropriate early learning activities that follow Ministry Education guidelines  
  • Weekly parenting workshops  
  • School readiness programs  
  • Literacy and referrals to children’s services  
  • Triple P facilitators on site
Hours Mon, Wed 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm * Tue 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-8 pm * Thu 9 am-4 pm * Fri 9 am-12 noon * Sat 9 am-2 pm

  • Children 6 yrs and younger and their families/caregivers 
  • Expectant parents 
  • School Readiness: Children enrolled in junior kindergarten for the upcoming school year 
  • Car Seat Inspection: Appointment required
