  • Provides an opportunity to learn about many aspects of gardening and other related topics 
  • Organizes community programs such as the Allard Street Community Garden, and the Rose Memorial Garden in Belleview Park 
  • Sponsors the City Beautification Program, and supports the Sault Area Hospital Mental Health and Addictions Garden 
  • Organizes an annual Flower Show and Vegetable Show, Photo Competition, and Garden Tour 
  • Promotes balcony and community gardening, outdoor beautification 
  • Offers various educational speakers and workshops 
  • Offers a membership discount program
