Description & Services
Description (Agency) Operates a general history museum concentrating on the history of the city and the island
Description (Service) Operates a seasonal community museum that promotes understanding of and respect for the history and heritage of St Joseph Island
Provides the following events and services: 
  • Permanent exhibits 
  • Temporary exhibits 
  • Special events including annual Heritage Day Teas, a Teddy Bear Picnic and a Children's Day Camp 
  • Group-guided tours 
  • Educational activities for adults and children 
  • Accepts donations with recognition provided with a plaque on the white pine log; receipts provided
Hours Mid Jun-Labour Day: Sun-Mon, Wed-Sat 10 am-5 pm
