  • Assists seniors to renew independence, optimize health, and improve quality of life through self-management principles, health teaching, and exercise 
  • Empowers clients to become more active in decision making regarding their health and goal setting 
  • Improves client's physical, spiritual, emotional, mental and social well-being with assistance from a multi-disciplinary team
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm

Individuals 60 years of age and older who require treatment and rehabilitation
